Liesl Bernard is a seasoned executive search expert and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in global talent acquisition. She is the founder and CEO of Kalon Executive Search and Staffing and IEP Physician Search.
Bernard’s career in executive search began at Robert Half, where she held various leadership roles including managing director for executive search, business development director for management resources, and managing director for Robert Half Technology in Australia.
Liesl holds a Bachelor of Business Science and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Based in San Diego, California, she continues to lead her companies with a focus on bridging top-tier executive talent with innovative businesses in the health, wellness, and cannabis sectors.
Rachelle Henning is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and recruiting.
She currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at IEP Physician Search, connecting newly fellowship-trained physicians with opportunities in Orthopedic and Electrophysiology subspecialties. Rachelle’s expertise spans full-cycle recruiting in health, wellness, and alternative medicine industries, focusing on physician placement.
Before her current role, Rachelle served as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Kalon Staffing, specializing in similar sectors. She held positions in healthcare practice management at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Her career also includes significant experience in recruitment and business relationship management at Robert Half, Pearson Education, Dun & Bradstreet, and Qualcomm.
Rachelle studied Business Administration at the University of Texas at Dallas, where she developed her strategic insight and management skills.
