Bernard’s career in executive search began at Robert Half, where she held various leadership roles including managing director for executive search, business development director for management resources, and managing director for Robert Half Technology in Australia.
Liesl holds a Bachelor of Business Science and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Based in San Diego, California, she continues to lead her companies with a focus on bridging top-tier executive talent with innovative businesses in the health, wellness, and cannabis sectors.
Rachelle Henning is a dynamic leader with over a decade of experience in healthcare management and recruitment. She launched the new division, IEP Physician Search, specializing in placing fellowship-trained physicians in Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Electrophysiology.
With expertise in executive search, account management, and business development across healthcare, education, and technology, Rachelle excels at connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations. Her strategic insight and collaborative approach foster strong, lasting relationships in both academic and corporate settings.
Based in Dallas, Texas, Rachelle holds a bachelor’s in business administration and is committed to delivering personalized, client-focused solutions. Her experience as an expat in Moscow further enhances her ability to navigate diverse cultures in the talent acquisition process.
